LAX shooting

A gunman went on a shooting rampage in Terminal 3 at Los Angeles International Airport on Nov. 1, 2013. Gerardo Hernandez, 39, a Transportation Security Administration screener on duty at the airport, was killed. Several other people were wounded before police shot and arrested the suspect. Paul Ciancia, 23, who grew up in Pennsville, N.J., was charged the next day with first-degree murder in connection with the shooting spree.
