LIRR back on track, with some delays
The Long Island Rail Road announced Wednesday that its train schedule was back on track just in time for "getaway day," traditionally the busiest travel day of the year.
Then the railroad announced signal problems were causing scattered 10-minute delays on westbound trains going through Jamaica to Penn Station.
The delays come after commuters suffered through three days of cancellations...
