Va. Tech advises Army on Texas shootings response
BLACKSBURG, Va. (AP) — Virginia Tech administrators have been advising Pentagon officials on how to respond to the mass shootings at Fort Hood.
University spokesman Mark Owczarski (oh-ZAR-skee) says the school's president and about a dozen administrators had a teleconference with miltitary officials Friday.
