Westchester bands to hold Sandy Hook benefit

Westchester area musicians will hold a concert at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 6 at MTK Tavern, 30 E. Main St., Mt. Kisco, to benefit families and first responders affected by the Sandy Hook shooting.

Music will be provided by Westchester bands including Slick Trixie, The Turnback, Pumping Ethyl and Tessera String Band. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

There is no cover charge, but donations will be accepted. In addition, two $25 Sam Ash gift certificates will be raffled.

The concert is open to the public, and there is no age restriction.
