Aozora is the new name and Japanese-Thai-Korean the new theme at the former Genji restaurant in Jericho.

The sleek, contemporary spot is under the same management, but the emphases have shifted a bit with the inclusion of  items such as Thai red curry and japchae, the Korean noodle dish. There's still a full sushi and sashimi repertoire as well as hibachi dishes, tempuras and teriyakis.

Aozora is open for lunch Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Saturday from 12:30 to 3 p.m.; Dinner Monday to Thursday, 4:30 to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 4:30 to 11 p.m.; and Sunday, 2 to 10 p.m.
