Jeffery Slade is out as top toque at Madison's on Hillside in Williston Park, replaced by two executive chefs: Steve Demetriou, whose experience includes the former Fiddleheads in Oyster Bay and the Fishery Grill in Glen Head; and Will Kelly, formerly of Fatfish in Bay Shore.

Owner Kevin Madison said that the restaurant's New American menu would continue to change about every three days. Madison's on Hillside opened in August 2012 at the former site of Ivy Cottage.

The restaurant, which earned a two-star rating in Newsday, is open for dinner six days and for lunch Tuesday to Friday. It's closed Monday.

Madison's on Hillside features live music Wednesday and Sunday.

Madison's on Hillside, 38 Hillside Ave., Williston Park; 516-877-2343.

Jeffery Slade worked at The Farmhouse in Greenport before joining Madison's on Hillside.
