Goshen school gathers supplies for LI kids

The Goshen Intermediate School is conducting a school supplies drive for elementary school children in schools in Oceanside, Long Island, who were relocated in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

The items being collected for students at displaced schools are notebooks, rulers, crayons, pencils, binders, pocket folders, glue sticks, erasers, lunch bags, book bags and elementary-age children's books.

Donations can be dropped off at the main lobby of the Goshen Intermediate School as well as the Goshen Central School District administration building, 227 Main St. For more information see gcsny.org.
