Imam in terror case pleads not guilty

The Flushing imam whose chatter about a terror investigation got him arrested, pleaded not guilty Monday to a federal indictment accusing him of lying to the FBI.

Amhad Wais Afzali, 37, had nothing to say to reporters as he left federal court in Brooklyn Monday on a previously arranged $1.5 million bail in the company of his attorney Ron Kuby.
