 A judge has ordered a homeless charity to stop collecting money on the streets of New York City after the organization was accused of fraud.

The court order was issued Tuesday in state Supreme Court. It bars the United Homeless Organization from soliciting donations until at least January. The judge also froze the group’s assets.
