NYC Dem trailing in mayoral poll
Another poll shows New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is stomping his Democratic opponent, with eight days to go until the election.
The Quinnipiac University survey has the incumbent billionaire 18 points ahead of City Comptroller William Thompson Jr.
Bloomberg leads Thompson 53 to 35 percent, with 10 percent undecided, among likely voters.
