A New York City police officer arrested over the weekend has been charged with spying on his stepdaughter getting dressed and having sex.
The Daily News, citing court papers, says Miguel Gomez allegedly secretly watched the 21-year-old between May 28 and July 15 of last year in the Bronx home she shared with him and her mother.
Gomez was arraigned on three counts of unlawful surveillance. He was released without bail and barred from any contact with his stepdaughter.
The Daily News says it could not reach Gomez or his lawyer for comment.
Gomez was one of three off-duty police officers arrested over the St. Patrick's Day holiday weekend on a range of charges, including driving while intoxicated.
