River Park Center in Yonkers
River Park Center is off Nepperhan Avenue in Yonkers and encompasses a 13-acre site that includes a neighborhood, locally known as Chicken Island. Developer Louis Cappelli's $110 million proposal for the mixed-use project is due for review by February 2013.
