Kenneth Chamberlain lawsuit shifts to White Plains
The racially-charged wrongful death lawsuit filed by Kenneth Chamberlain Jr. stemming from the Nov. 19 fatal shooting of his father by White Plains police has been moved from Manhattan to White Plains.
The $21 million lawsuit was filed July 2 in federal court in Manhattan by lawyers for Chamberlain against the City of White Plains and several police officers.
