Yonkers rising development

Five 19th century industrial buildings on Mill and Main streets near the Yonkers Metro-North train station will be converted into 57,000 square feet of live-work lofts, with restaurants and retail shops. If this goes well, two additional phases will turn this into a $160 million project featuring a 26-story residential tower with commercial space for biotech companies.
