Police seek help in hit-and-run in New Cassel
The speeding white sport utility vehicle jumped a curb, struck 7-year-old Cricia Castaneda - and sped off. The little girl suffered a skull fracture and a fractured leg, but survived the hit-and-run accident June 24 in New Cassel. Nassau County Police still have not found the SUV or the driver.
