Scientists face questions on swine flu vaccine

Federal scientists have the raw material in hand - what they call "seed stock" of the virus - to develop a swine flu vaccine, but they have many unanswered questions before manufacturing can begin.

They don't know how many vaccine doses would be needed, when to produce it and whether it should be included in next fall's seasonal vaccine, experts said Monday.
