WASHINGTON -- The U.S. Senate will vote on the $50.5 billion superstorm Sandy recovery bill Monday evening, as lawmakers Thursday again delayed final action on the aid package.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) announced Thursday night on the Senate floor that the Sandy aid vote is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. -- soon after the Senate returns to Washington from the weekend.
