Sheriff: Man on drugs took truck, drove recklessly
A New York City man, high on drugs, stole a flatbed tow truck and drove erratically on the Long Island Expressway, hitting a sign and another vehicle before Suffolk sheriff's deputies stopped and arrested him Monday morning, the sheriff said.
