ShotSpotter technology led Nassau police Friday afternoon to Uniondale, where they found a man shot in the leg, police said.
The system captured the sounds of gunfire near Jerusalem Avenue and Paff Avenue shortly before 2:30 p.m., police said. Officers found a 21-year-old man with a gun wound to his left calf, police said.
He was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening...
