Linday Lohan heading to rehab after plea deal in car crash case

Kind of.

Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in a locked rehab center and 30 days of community labor Monday in a plea bargain over charges that she lied to cops about who was driving her Porsche last June when it slammed into a truck. Lohan, who was 45 minutes late to court after an overnight flight, must also undergo 18 months of psychotherapy will be on probation for two years.

Lohan, 26, is on probation for stealing a necklace in 2011. Under Monday's deal, she was given a suspended 180 day jail term.
