Woman claims Nassau cop sexually abused her

A Baldwin woman claims she was touched inappropriately by a Nassau police officer during her DWI arrest in 2011. Jenny Hannigan, 27, has filed a federal lawsuit saying police violated her civil rights and failed to prosecute the two arresting officers; she claims the officer's partner did nothing when the alleged assault took place.
