Bowe Bergdahl, U.S. soldier, freed from captivity in Afghanistan

Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, the only American soldier held prisoner in the Afghanistan war, has been freed and is back in U.S. custody after nearly five years of captivity by the Taliban, U.S. officials said May 31, 2014.
