March 26, 2008; Hampton Bays,NY: investigators watch as a towtruck removes a crashed van, from the scene. The van slammed into the back of a garbage truck on the westbound Sunrise Highway at exit 65 in Hampton Bays around 2:30 p.m on Wednesday.
