WHITE PLAINS - New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has called for an investigation into alleged price gouging at 13 gas stations following Hurricane Sandy. Schneiderman released a list of stations in Westchester, Queens and on Long Island, all of which are accused of spiking prices up to $5 per gallon. Among the local stations in question are a Shell station in Cortlandt Manor and a Mobil station in White Plains. The investigation has only begun, however, and may grow to include more stations.
