NY driver gets 7 years in crash that injured cop

MINEOLA, N.Y. (AP) — A Long Island man has been sentenced to 7 years following his conviction on DWI and other charges in a crash that critically injured a police officer.

Rahiem (Rah-HEEM') Griffin of Shirley was convicted last month by a Nassau County jury.
