Javier Hernandez of Bay Shore who was convicted of raping a 12-year-old girl two years ago was sentenced to 22 years in prison. A jury found Javier Hernandez, 32, guilty last month of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual act. Prosecutors said he assaulted the girl in her home in August 2006.
