A Hudson Valley baker was given the honor of baking a cake celebrating the 67th annual Old-Timers' weekend for the New York Yankees. Rose Sanca was handpicked by the team this year to create the official cake for the celebration's kick-off party. Sanka has been creating cakes at her home-style bakery in Peekskill for four decades.
