That's how many times House Republicans have voted to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. They did it most recently on Thursday -- although it's clear neither the Senate's Democratic majority nor President Barack Obama will ever let repeal happen. The final, major pieces of the law will take effect next year, so the House of Representatives should be looking for ways to ease implementation and make it work better, rather than indulging in repetitive partisan theater.
