I have invented an imaginary video game: pothole rodeo! It involves the thrills of dodging and swerving around potholes -- while always maintaining safe driving habits, of course.
Points are awarded for each pothole avoided and deducted when I hit one. Unfortunately, it will be "game over" if I ever disable my vehicle in one of the larger potholes, such as those I have named Grand Canyon, Monument Valley and Meteor Impact Crater.
This game is fun, helps pass the time, and keeps my mind off the reasons why some of our roads now resemble the surface of the moon.
