Letter: State parkways are overgrown

There was a time not long ago when our historic parkway system was beautifully manicured and maintained. Today, miles and miles of roadway remain weeks overgrown to the point of embarrassment. I know it's a sign of the times, but Robert Moses must surely be turning over in his grave.
