The Orange County parks department, along with the Friends of Hill-Hold and Brick House Museum, will host a Holiday Wreath Workshop from 10 a.m. to noon Dec. 1 at the Thomas Bull Memorial Park Boathouse.

Thomas Bull Park is on Route 416, between Montgomery and Goshen.

Step-by-step instructions will be given on creating a holiday wreath from fresh greens and how to decorate at home, according to a news release from the county Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation on Tuesday. Advance reservations are required and space is limited. The cost of the workshop is $30 per person. This includes supplies and refreshments. Participants are requested to bring their own clippers to cut greenery, the release said.
