Walk in any given neighborhood in Manhattan and you're bound to stumble upon a comedy club. But LI is home to a number of comedians Massapequa Jerry Seinfeld, Long Beach's Billy Crystal and Commack's Rosie O'Donnell, just for starters. LI even hosts its own regional comedy festival.

Clubs dedicated to comedy join spots hosting open mic nights to offer plenty of places to go for a laugh.
