Diamond Drummer says 34-year-old Tari Turpin, of East Orange, was sleeping on her while they were both on the train. She complained and that's when Turpin pulled out a gun. The woman's brother confronted him. Drummer says Turpin shot both her and her brother, and then accidentally shot himself.

Police have charged Turpin with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon. Police say none of the injuries are life-threatening.

Jersey City Police told News 12 that they were reviewing surveillance video to confirm witness accounts of the incident.
