Police arrest Indianapolis man in fatal hit-run
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — An Indianapolis man has been arrested in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 6-month-old girl.
Police say that 52-year-old John S. Daugherty was arrested on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of an accident with death and leaving the scene of an accident with serious bodily injury.
