A Pennsylvania man has been accused of using an Xbox Live account to record a 9-year-old girl from the Town of Blooming Grove engaging in sex acts, police said.

The man, Alfred Kenvyn, 33, of Nicholson, was arrested at his home earlier this month by the FBI and charged with producing child pornography. Police said Kenvyn also filmed himself engaging in sexually explicit conduct while the girl was logged on.

Blooming Grove police said Kenvyn, who was using the user name IWILLNOTDIE123 and the email account IWILLNOTDIE123@yahoo.com, is undergoing a competency evaluation to determine if he is fit to stand trial.

Police said they began investigating the case in July and notified the FBI as the inquiry progressed.
