NEW YORK - The prosecution rested its case today in the corruption trial of former Yonkers City Councilwoman Sandy Annabi.

But first, all the lawyers and the judge traveled to Connecticut to get testimony from Annabi's accountant. The prosecution's final witness had a heart attack and triple bypass surgery last year, and doctors said a trip to the Manhattan courtroom would be too stressful. The videotaped testimony was played for the jury in the afternoon.
