Public proposals presented to revive Paramount Center for the Arts

The Paramount Phoenix Group, Tarrytown Music Hall and Red House Entertainment offered their first public presentations Wednesday night at Peekskill City Hall in their quests to take over the Paramount Center for the Arts, which suspended operations Oct. 4. The City of Peekskill, which owns the 960-seat Paramount, welcomed representatives to Wednesday night's Common Council meeting. (Feb. 13, 2013)
