NEWS12 WESTCHESTER: The son of Eugene Palmer, the Stony Point man who allegedly gunned down his daughter-in-law in September, said he does not believe a police sergeant's assertion that his fugitive father escaped from Harriman State Park and might still be alive. Some detectives believe he may have had help evading authorities. (May 5, 2013)
