Robert Bullock arrested in fatal shooting of Mohamed Bilal in East New York
EAST NEW YORK - The NYPD has confirmed an arrest has been made in the deadly shooting of an employee at an East New York electronics store.
Robert Bullock, 24, has been arrested and charged with murder, attempted robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
Mohamed Bilal, 32, who worked at a computer and cellphone repair shop on New Lots Avenue, was fatally shot Monday at around 1:30 p.m. He was apparently shot in the chest and was pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital. The entire incident was caught on surveillance camera.

A funeral is planned for Bilal in Queens on Wednesday.
