San Carlos man gets 30 years in molestation case

PHOENIX - PHOENIX (AP) — The U.S. attorneys office in Phoenix says a 31-year-old San Carlos man has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for molesting four children who were under age 10.

Titus Case pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a minor and one count of abusive sexual contact in June. U.S. District Judge James A. Teilborg handed down the sentence on Wednesday.

The assaults occurred on both the Gila River and San Carlos Indian reservations.
