WHITE PLAINS - The lawyer for disgraced former Councilwoman Sandy Annabi has re-filed his appeal in her corruption case.

Annabi began serving a six-year prison sentence last week in Danbury, Conn. after being convicted on federal corruption charges.

Her lawyer had previously started the appeals process, but his paperwork was wrong.
