Choose a modest home on a great street

"After determining your price range, seek out neighborhoods or streets where your target price is on the lower end of the price range for that area. In terms of a financial investment, it is best to choose a more modest home on a great street. You can then renovate or upgrade your home to the level of your neighbors, thereby increasing your home's value even further."
