Andrew Chang, a senior at New Hyde Park Memorial High School, is known to take conceptual risks to create thought-provoking artwork.

Andrew's natural artistic ability, combined with his penchant for politics (winning Outstanding Delegate at the 2012 Ivy League Model United Nations Conference and Best Delegate at various Model United Nations conferences), has placed his political cartoons in numerous competitions, such as Adelphi University's Quill Awards, winning 1st place. This year, Andrew's work has been shown in an exhibit at the Art League of Long Island and his solo exhibit at Sewanhaka Central High School District's Superintendent Gallery.

 Andrew is also a member of the New Hyde Park Memorial High School ChamberSingersand co-founder of the New Hyde Park Memorial High School chapter of the MSG Varsity Student Productions program.  Andrew will attend college in the fall and looks forward to continuing his passion for the arts.
