Isabel Ren, a senior at JFK High School in the Plainview-Old Bethpage School District is a top talent. Her intuitive skills, augmented with her vast general knowledge and endearing attitude, make for an exceptional art student. Her creativity knows no bounds.
Isabel received a National Merit Letter of Commendation and maintains an academic standing on our high honor roll. She serves as Captain of the Girls swim team, and swims in a league outside of school. Additionally, she is a member of at least four National Honor Societies.
Isabel also volunteers her time within her community and those abroad. Most significantly, Isabel worked with Ghanaian elementary children in a village in Ghana.
Isabel has had her work exhibited several times at Adelphi University in art shows sponsored by the Art Supervisors Association. Outside of her artistic talents, she received first place in the American Mathematics Competition in her sophomore year and second place earlier this year. She is currently applying to start college in the Fall.
