The Wheatley School’s Samantha Siegler is a senior who is actively involved in her school and community.

Samantha’s creativity enables her to explore the visual arts through a variety of media, which sets her apart from her peers.  Her innate talent, along with her desire to push her artistic boundaries, is a driving force in her success.

Samantha’s work has brought her recognition as a finalist in the Photographer's Forum Magazine Annual Best of College and High School Photography Contest (2012, 2013). Her work has also received “Grand Prize – people” in the Gurwin Photo Contest (2013).

A well rounded student, Samatha takes part in a new Art and Technology Class. This class is designed to provide Life Skills and has given her the opportunity to assist students eager to learn about art. This willingness to support others has translated into a  leadership role in the school’s Art Club.

Samantha will be studying fine arts at Cornell University starting fall of 2014.
