She's a pretty blonde who lives right near some of the Hamptons' hottest summer party spots, but Kristen Raskopf is not your typical cocktail maker.

Growing up a devout Mormon and working as a partner at a major Manhattan law firm, Raskopf didn't have her first drink until the age of 27.

When she did, she wasn't thrilled with what she found, so she decided to make her own. After testing recipes at home and teaming up with a winery, she put Dirty Blonde Cocktails on the market.

The sparkling white wine and fruit infused cocktails, which are 12 percent alcohol, come in peach passion Bellini, raspberry flirtini and blood orange mimosa.

They've been making their rounds at Long Island events, including the ArtHamptons fine art fair this month.

Raskopf calls the drinks "upscale and effervescent." They come in screw cap bottles packaged in colorful two-pack totes for $10 and are sold at Target stores.

You can also find them at the Sag Harbor Liquor Store, Race Lane Liquors in East Hampton, Montauk Wines & Liquors, Depetris Liquor Store in Bridgehampton, McNamara Liquors in Bridgehampton and Noyak Liquors in Sag Harbor.
