ARDSLEY-ON-HUDSON - The body of the missing Mamaroneck man who abandoned his car on the Tappan Zee Bridge has been found, according to a lawyer for the man’s family.

The lawyer tells News 12 that they were informed by police that the body of Denis Lukashkov was found floating in the Hudson River in Ardley-on-Hudson this morning.

Crews pulled what is believed to be Lukashkov’s body from the water near the Metro-North train station just before 10 a.m.

Troopers had been searching for the Cornell University student since Wednesday after his driver's license was found on the front seat of the gray Honda Accord abandoned on the bridge.

Sources say the victim was hanging out with friends and playing video games just hours before his car was found on the span.
