Attorney: Plaxico Burress will surrender Monday to NYPD
Plaxico Burress will surrender himself to New York City authorities on Monday, according to his attorney, and will be charged with criminal possession of a weapon after accidentally shooting himself in the thigh at a Manhattan nightclub early Saturday morning.
