Alex Rios is the lone member of the Kansas City Royals on MLB's All-Star Game ballot not currently in position to start the Midsummer Classic on July 14, according to the latest results released by the league on Monday.

Rios is in fourth place, approximately 1.7 million votes behind the Angels' Mike Trout.

Cincinnati is the host city for the All-Star Game, which now includes eight Royals in position to start, up from seven in last week's vote total.
