Citi Field test a big hit with fans
Tickets to the March 29 St. John's- Georgetown baseball game at Citi Field went on sale at 10 a.m. yesterday. At 10:30, Mets VP of ticket sales Bill Ianniciello poked his head into the office of Dave Howard, the team's executive VP of business operations, and told him the event was nearing a sellout.
"I said, 'What?! We're almost done?"' Howard said last night.
